Ci sono 650 milioni di persone con disabilit� nel mondo e l'80% di esse vive nei paesi in via di sviluppo: la gran parte delle persone con disabilit� in questi paesi vive al di sotto della linea di povert�, ma gli investimenti nei servizi di base come la sanit� e l'educazione sono insufficienti e si riducono - sottolinea la nota.
